It is up to the General Society on development and implementation of the protection of Judicial Mutualismo people and their mutual beneficiaries, in legislation which regulated the conditions for the provision of the different services, compared to the following contingencies:

Impairment of health.

Temporary disability resulting from disease, whatever that might be the cause, or common accident, or in the line of duty, or as a result of it, the risk during pregnancy and the risk during breastfeeding.

Incapacidad permanente en los mismos supuestos anteriores.

Cargas familiares.
