The General Society of justice is an autonomous body attached to the secretariat of the ministry of justice, which has legal personality distinct heritage and own treasury, as well as managerial autonomy and full legal capacity and decision-making, as provided for autonomous agencies in the law 40/2015, of 1 october, from The Legal Regime of the public Sector.
Is intended to manage and deliver consistently for members of the races, bodies and scales of the administration of justice, for officials in practices in the service of the administration and for those professionally qualified counsellors and career development that are members of the body of Professionally Qualified lawyers and of the constitutional court, hedging mechanisms of Judicial Mutualismo set out in the consolidated text of existing legislation on the special regime of Social security of staff in the service of the administration of justice, approved by the royal Legislative Decree 3/2000 of 23 june.
