Protection of personal data

Personal data that the mutual Judicial General seeks are treated in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the european parliament and of the council of 27 april 2016 concerning protection of individuals with regard to the treatment of personal data and the free movement of such data (general regulations on data protection, RGPD ) and Organic law 3/2018, of 5 december on Personal data protection and guarantee of drm (LOPDGDD).

Responsible for treatment and treatment activities

Purpose and categories of data.

Legitimation or legal basis.

The treatment of personal data is done by MUGEJU for compliance with legal obligations, for the performance of missions carried out in the public interest or the exercise of public powers conferred to it, as well as for the implementation of a contract.

Data retention.

Personal data treaties will be retained for the time required to comply with the purpose for which had been collected, as well as to determine possible responsibilities that may result from the same, in addition to the established periods in files and documentation. Communication of data.

There are No plans to conduct international transfers of data.

What are the rights of users?

Security measures.

In accordance with the regulations in force protection of personal data, MUGEJU is complying with all provisions of the regulations RGPD LOPDGDD and for the treatment of personal data to its responsibility, and clearly with the principles described in article 5 RGPD , by which they are treated legally, fair and transparent in connection with the prisoner and appropriate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in connection with the purposes for which they are treated.
