Communication of possible violations in the area of Mutual Judicial General
In compliance with the law 2/2023, which regulates the protection of persons to report on violations policy and fight against corruption, any person who, in the context of employment or professional, have obtained information on violations that might have been made in the Area of the society in General may communicated through our internal channel information, without fear of reprisals and guarantees of confidentiality. This channel is not intended to respond to complaints or claims arising from particular cases, or consultations.

What information should contain the communication?
The communication must necessarily contain a statement of the facts and circumstances of the reasonably derive at least a well-founded suspicion of violation. To that end, should reflect, inter alia, a detailed description of possible non-compliance, the identity of individuals or entities involved in the possible misconduct, as well as the dates on which took place the alleged offences. If deemed necessary, may be provided documents, files or other information deemed relevant for the evaluation and resolution of the complaint.
In any case, the information provided should not be a repetition of information which had already been made public.
