Mugeju provides healthcare abroad through the policy of collective insurance currently engaged with the insurance company SOS COMPAÃÃA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS where:
a) FOR MUTUAL OUTSIDE NATIONAL TERRITORY BY A PERÃODO LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 120 DÃAS.
This group will have the right to health care delivery system with a substance similar to that provided in national territory, in accordance with the portfolio of Mugeju healthcare.
The assistance of an urgent basis and not demorable will be provided in the form and conditions set out in the contract with the insurance company SOS COMPAÃÃA INSURANCE AND Reinsurance.
In the case of aid not covered by the aforementioned insurance contract or whether the expenditure of assistance to overcome the limit reflected in the same, Mugeju will reimburse the amount of excess expenditure, to the limit of the content and coverage of its portfolio of services, upon presentation of the application form and the supporting documentation.
(b) AND THEIR MUTUAL BENEFICIARIES TEMPORARILY DISPLACED FOR REASONS NOT RELATED TO WORK, DURING A PERÃODO LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 120 DÃAS.
This group is entitled for a maximum period of 120 days, without limitation, in case of displacement by studies to the care of a matter of urgency and no demorable in the country of displacement, in the form and conditions set out in the contract with the insurance company SOS COMPAÃÃA INSURANCE AND Reinsurance. This period has elapsed, there shall be no refund of expenditures.
