The resolution of 28 august 2018, of the General directorate of basic service Portfolio of the national health system and pharmacy, determines the subjection of the monitoring system through sensors glucose (flash type) a study of monitoring. (BOE no. 226 of 18 september 2018 ).
This provision is part of point 6.4.1. of annex II to the portfolio of common services and primary section 1.4 of annex III of the portfolio of common services of specialized care of the royal Decree No. 1030/2006 of 15 september, which establishes the portfolio of common services of the national health system and the procedure for updating it.
This provision â monitoring system through sensors glucose (flash type) â, shall be provided by the Medical Bodies to all beneficiaries of MUGEJU without additional costs , who meet the following requirements:
Diagnostics: type 1 Diabetes mellitus, requiring multiple dose of insulin
Older persons: 4 and 17 years of age (inclusive)
Glucose controls: more than 6 daily controls
This monitoring system through sensors glucose (flash type) is included in the portfolio of services of the national health system, and therefore in the concert of healthcare existing mutual MUGEJU (clauses 2.2.2, 2.8.3 (b) and 2.10.5), and must be provided by the medical Entities mutual MUGEJU who meet the requirements set out above, at no cost to the mutual funds.
