HOLDERS OF HIGH

La incorporación al Personal al Servicio de la Administración de Justicia conlleva la Compulsory AFILIACIÓN General Mutuality Judicial (MUGEJU), which aims to manage and deliver homogeneously for all members of the races, bodies and scales of the administration of justice, for officials in practices in the service of this administration and for the body of career Lawyers that make up the body of Lawyers of the Constitutional Court, the mechanism of coverage of the Judicial Mutualisme system established in the consolidated text of existing legal provisions on the Social security schemes of staff at the service of the administration of justice.

Procedure:

According to what is established by law 39 / 2015, 1 October, Common Administrative procedure of public administrations, the high officials MUGEJU of new entry will be through telematic means, thus avoiding the presentation of printed on paper, as explained below:

  • MUGEJU has developed a new application in its headquarters electronics, whose aim is to register by electronic means to officials / as new entrants.

  • The system automatically generates its accreditation of high in the Mutuality as well as an application of coupon of recipes own this Special Regime that will be sent to the home that has made it.

HEALTHCARE

  1. General Issues:
    1. It is necessary to complete all the data required to successfully complete the process of high (personal data, home complete, destination, medical entity …).

    4. Tarjeta Individual de Afiliación: Es una tarjeta individual y permanente que les identifica como titulares del Mutualismo Judicial, que les será remitida a su domicilio en el plazo aproximado de un mes desde su alta en la mutualidad.
  2. Medical entities : puede elegir la entidad médica que le prestará la asistencia sanitaria.
    1. Si opta por recibir la asistencia sanitaria a través de una de las entidades médicas privadas con las que MUGEJU tiene concierto: SEGURCAIX-ADESLAS, ASISA, CASER, DKV SEGUROS, SANITAS, MAPFRE, NUEVA MUTUA SANITARIA. La tarjeta sanitaria les será remitida por la Entidad Médica elegida a primeros del mes siguiente al de su incorporación. También pueden solicitarla personalmente en las oficinas de la entidad de su Provincia, presentando el documento de afiliación a MUGEJU.

HIGH BENEFICIARIES AND / OR BENEFICIARIES

IMPORTANT NOTE

De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo16, apartado 4, del Real Decreto 1026/2011, de 15 de julio, las variaciones de las circunstancias familiares que afecten al derecho de los beneficiarios deberán ser comunicadas por el mutualista titular a la Mutualidad General Judicial dentro del mes siguiente a la fecha en que se produzcan. Por ello:

  1. El/la mutualista titular queda advertido/a de que la firma, en el Impreso A-3, sobre los requisitos que han de reunir los beneficiarios y las beneficiarias, en el supuesto de que se aprecie falsedad en los datos que declara, podrá ser objeto de infracción sancionable de conformidad con el Reglamento de la Mutualidad (Real Decreto 1026/2011, de 15 de julio).
